Locatone™ is a Sound AR™ service that allows you to explore the real world with the things you love. After you start a tour and visit a specific spot or location on the map, the audio and music for that location will play automatically.
By strolling around the city while listening to audio, you can discover new attractions and new ways to enjoy your surroundings. You can also take commemorative photos with the AR camera function.
Sound AR is a new audio experience created by Sony that mixes the sounds of a virtual world with those from the real world.
You can enjoy listening with any earphones or headphones you have, but if you use Sony-supported headphones, ambient sounds can be naturally layered over the sound from the earphones. Head tracking support also allows for an interactive experience that is linked to the user's movements.
